About Keeping Together

Keeping Together is a brewery and beverage garden currently preparing to open in a historic greenhouse in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Founded in 2019, the project began in Chicago with a focus on fermentation-forward, small-batch beers designed to foster reflection, connection, and shared experience.

Our new home in Santa Fe represents the next chapter of that vision—a space where thoughtful production and intentional hospitality live side by side. We’re building a small but ambitious team dedicated to quality, collaboration, and community. With an emphasis on presence over polish, we aim to create an environment where people feel not only welcomed, but seen.

We’re looking for team members who are grounded, curious, and ready to help shape a business that’s built on purpose. We generally hire for personality and train on skills where needed.

It is our goal to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that values the voice and growth of all our team members. Come be a part of a team that believes in hard work, fun, and building something special together!
